T.K. Old Homes has many years of experience in dealing with steep and sloping blocks, various soil conditions and those with difficult access.
Stay connected to your build at all times
T.K. Old Homes understands the anxiety related to such a large Investment. We use Buildertrend, which is the Industry Benchmark Project Management Software. This involves you being able to stay in direct contact with your Building Supervisor, Construction Manager and Admin Team.
You will also have access to see your build schedule, what trades are on site, updated photos of your home and access to all your documentation, selections and variations on the go on any device.
